This website has been designed to assist you in estimating your jobs. It is our sincere desire to maintain the necessary inventory to satisfy your requirements, but we do not necessarily stock all of the items on this website.

Due to fluctuating market conditions, all prices are subject to change without notice and do not include shipping charges, where applicable. Orders will only be accepted on the basis of the market price prevailing at the time of shipment. If firm prices are required, call us for a quotation.

We cannot be responsible for any errors or omissions on this website.

Once goods have been accepted, buyer shall not revoke acceptance or return goods without prior approval from us. Buyer assumes all risk of lost or damaged goods after delivery to buyer, or to a carrier for shipment to buyer.

We, the seller, hereby expressly disclaim all warranties both expressed or implied, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose and we neither assume nor authorize and other person to assume any liability in the connection with the sale of said products.

Buyer agrees to hold seller harmless for all claims made by all persons arising out of the sale, use and/or repairs of these goods. All expenses, including those for defending all such claims, shall be upon the buyer. Material cannot be returned to our warehouse without our prior approval.
